How to stick to NewYear’s resolutions(part 14)
Let us get back to New Year’s resolutions to prevent and slow down the progression of Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias,and other serious diseases.

I want to say a few words about other things you can do besides eating right and physically exercising.
What about mental exercise? Your brain is a muscle. Just like other muscles in your body, your brain needs daily exercise. What can you do every day to keep your brain in tip top shape? What if you already suffer from a mind robbing disease such as Alzheimer’s or other dementias. There are things you can do to slow the progression of these diseases.
Lets start with daily mental exercise. Of course any exercise is better than no exercise, but certain mental exercises are better than others.
