How to stick to NewYear’s resolutions(part 12)

I want no one else to suffer the heartbreak of Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia
That is why I am so adamant about making sure YOU stick to the New Year’s resolutions, I am suggesting. Obviously I am not physically there with you, but I hope my ideas are sticking in your head.

I have six ways to exercise without even knowing you are doing it. Of course, you have to have the proper conditions outside
Wash your car
Do some yard work. For those of us who live in the north, shoveling snow is more appropriate for this time a year
Take your dog for a walk or offer to take a friends dog for a walk. Puppies and big dog will give you a good workout
Start a project for the inside of your home like painting a room or rearranging furniture in a room
Instead of eating a snack or sitting and gabbing during your break at work, take a walk with some of your coworkers. You can do plenty of gabbing while you walk. If the weather is bad, walk indoors and explore areas of your building that you rarely see
#6 tomorrow, plus much more. See you then

Any comments or questions?
