How to stick to NewYear’s resolutions(part 11)
Staving off Alzheimer’s disease, related dementia as well as other mind and body robbing diseases is our goal in choosing and sticking to New Year’s resolutions.
Thus far we are now exercising one half hour a day three times a week. This is our goal. Do not fret if you are not there yet. Just keep on trying. Do not give up.
Although one of my new followers, http://heartfacts.today.com suggests exercising five times a week. That certainly will not hurt
We then discussed eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every single day.
Here is the fill in the blank statement of yesterday.
Eat foods with whole grains rather than those with processed grains
What the heck does that mean?
Come back tomorrow for the answer as well as for more tips.
Any comments or questions?
