How to stick to New Year’s resolutions(part 10)
Keeping your body in fine working order is what it is all about.
I am hopeful that you are still following an exercise plan. Remember that exercising a half an hour three times a week is what you want to shoot for especially if you want to stave off Alzheimer’s, related dementias, and other diseases.
I promised you some sites that have good healthy recipes because we were talking about eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables everyday.
