How to stick to New Year’s resolutions(part 9)

Moving on to the next New Year’s resolution that will decrease your chances of getting Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, as well as other health threatening diseases.

As I mentioned in the last post, we are going to talk about eating right. I want to start with this. Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables everyday. Eating fresh vegetables is best. However if you live in the north like I do, that may not be possible. There are always some fresh vegetables in the produce department of your local grocery store or fruit market.

Any how, it is best not to disguise them with sauces and alike, but if that is the only way you will eat them, that is all right.

Right now I am doing a search for sites with simple healthy recipes and tips.

The results. tomorrow
