How to stick to New Year’s resolutions(part 8)

New Year’s resolutions.

Whether you want to call exercising more a New Year’s resolution or not, is not really important. The important thing is to just do it. Remember, exercising three times a week for at least 30 minutes a session is the gold standard for keeping dementia out of your life, or keeping dementia at bay if you already have the disease. Any way onto the next New Year’s resolution, we all should have for staving off dementia and other diseases. We all should eat better, That is we should eat a healthy diet.

“What is a healthy diet you ask?” It probably means different things to different people.

Let us start with the basics.
