		<description>Yes, exercise is very important - I hadn't really thought about it as a way of preventing/delaying dementia before, but I have noticed that my concentration is better and my brain seems to work better after an exercise session, so I guess that is yet another reason to keep at it. Now that I have a mini-home gym, I really have no excuses!!!
