How to stick to New Year’s resolutions(part 2)
I hope you did not lose any sleep wondering what the first resolution was going to be.
The first resolution I suggest to help you decrease your chances of getting Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia is exercise more.
This activity if done long enough at least three times a week will slow the progression of the disease if someone already has it.
Just a note, do not start any exercise program before consulting with your doctor.
Anyway back to exercising more.
Assuming your doctor says go for it, start slow. Baby steps if you will. Do not set unrealistic goals. Decide to exercise 10 minutes one a day a week. Do it at……
