New Years resolutions and how to keep them

Every year people make new year’ s resolutions and every year most of the resolutions are broken.

This year can be your year to make and keep resolutions by following the tips I will be presenting in the next series of posts.

I am going to be discussing new year’s resolutions that will go a long way in staving off Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The side benefit of these resolutions is that not only do they reduce your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, but they also are heart healthy and there are other benefits to your body as well. In fact these resolurions will increase the likehood of you staying in good heakth for years to come.
