Oxidative stress and dementia, almost the final chapter for now
I just found a product that was recommended to me. I am going to try it, but from what I have read it sounds like a great supplement.It is supposed to provide a much better source of omega-3 fatty acids than fish oil, AND it also contains special phospholipids that dramatically increase the repair of the cells in our bodies just like anti-oxidants. They are better because these phospholipids protect the membranes in our cells from free radical damage. “What is this supplement?”, you ask.
