How to make sense of oxidative stress and dementia(part 11)
When trying to stave of Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, and other diseases, and you take supplements rather than eat good foods, what are the risks? What are the benefits? The real thing to ask yourself is this when trying to determine if an anti-oxidant supplement is really natural is:“Can I find these ingredients in real fruits and vegetables/?” If your answer is “No!”, PICK SOMETHING ELSE. and keep looking until you find ingredients that are derived from fruits and vegetables from the human food chain and not cheap imitations made from industrial chemicals and other artificial substitutes. That is the surest way to make sure you are getting the protection you are paying for and you deserve.
