How to make sense of oxidative stress and dementia(part 6)

What else can we do to increase our anti-oxidant supply so we can stave off Alzheimer’s. related dementias and other diseases?
 
Take vitamins such as: Vitamin E, Beta Caratene and Vitamin C
 
Take these food supplements:
selenium, copper, zinc, manganese
 
Also these supplements have been shown to increase the body’s anti-oxidant supply: Coenzyme Q10, phytoestrogens, and flavonoids
 
Eat foods that are rich in anti-oxidants.
 
Some examples of foods high in anti-oxidants are:

Tomatoes because they contain lycopene.
Lycopene is also an outstanding antioxidant.
