Now what do we do about building up our anti-oxidanrs?

To build up our anti-oxidants, living a healthy lifestyle is the best thing one can do.
 
What can you do to live a healthier lifestyle? First and foremost DO NOT SMOKE. Smoking is so bad for you on so many levels. If anyone wants me to go into detail about all the badness of smoking, I will.
Let me just say that smoking increases the amount of free radicals your body is exposed to.
 
Eating a healthy diet is extremely important, This is true because this practice increases the amount of anti-oxidants your body takes in or makes.
