How to make sense of oxidative stress and dementia (part 3)
What can we control, and what things are out of our control when it comes to free radicals, anti-oxidants and Alzheimer’s disease and dementia?
Obviously if you smoke your body including your brain, is exposed to a huge quantity of free radicals.
Unfortunately, our environment has become much more polluted and as individuals, we can do little to change it.
When it comes to our diet, we have choices of what we eat.
Why we eat what we do is sometimes a mystery.
Our genetics can not be changed.
So what does this all mean?
What can we do without the help of any drugs?
