To B or not to B when it comes to dementia(part 8)
Here is a list of some foods and how much Vitamin B6 each one has. Have one or more of these foods every day to help keep dementia away from you.
Good sources of Vitamin B6 are most fruits and vegetables. Here is a list of good sources of Vitamin B6 and the approximate amount of B6 in each
Avocados 72 mcg
Bananas 66 mcg
Brussels sprouts I cup cooked 45 mcg
Cantaloupe 104 mcg
Potatoes 56 mcg
Tomatoes 14 mcg
Corn flakes 1 cup 52 mcg
Cheerios 1 cup 41 mcg
Halibut 3 ounces 43 mcg
In other word have your five servings of vegetables every day
