Soda may be sweet, but it is not good for your brain

A recent study showed that increased consumption of sugary beverages may increase your risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. The study did use mice and not humans. However there is a strong correlation in the workings of a mouse brain and human brain when it comes to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.Some mice were feed sugary liquid similar to soda. They were fed the equivalent of five cans of soda a day. The control group was not fed this liquid.
